Nicole Richie: Denim Shorts Darling

Pushing forth with her busy schedule, Nicole Richie was spotted leaving her hotel in New York City on Tuesday afternoon (February 16).

Wearing denim shorts in the chilly weather, the former “Simple Life” star skirted past paparazzi fresh off of announcing her big engagement news.

Meanwhile, Nicole’s musician father Lionel Richie has proclaimed his joy over the wedding-on-the-way.

“My happiness for Nicole and Joel [Madden] knows no boundaries. They have given me two beautiful grandchildren, Harlow and Sparrow, and have proven to be great parents,” papa Richie tells.

Mr Richie adds, “I am not sure who is luckier, Nicole and Joel to have each other, or me, to have both of them in my life. I cannot wait to give away the bride!”
